About the event
You’ll learn the vocabulary to describe the taste, color and texture of your favorites cheeses, how to use all of your senses for a comprehensive tasting experience, what the important steps in cheesemaking are, and more. During this event, you'll get to taste 12 cheeses from all over the world. We always end our workshops with a cheese and charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (with wine available for purchase). All of this hosted in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Join us to start your journey in Cheese Wonderland!
