Cheese Tasting 101-Duncan

You’ll learn the vocabulary to describe the taste, color and texture of your favorites cheeses, how to use all of your senses for a comprehensive tasting experience, what the important steps in cheesemaking are, and more. During this event, you'll get to taste 12 cheeses from all over the world. We always end our workshops with a cheese and charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (with wine available for purchase).
