We'll guide you in using the right words to describe the taste, color, and texture of your favorite cheeses, how to engage all your senses for a complete cheese tasting experience, the crucial steps in cheesemaking, and some historical insights.
The tasting menu includes 12 cheeses from around the globe. We conclude our workshops with a cheese and charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy, with wine available for purchase.
All of this is passionately hosted in a friendly setting by Guillaume, co-owner of L'Apéro and a cheese enthusiast. Join us to embark on your journey in Cheese Wonderland!
