Cheese Boards are a staple on many tables – enjoyed as part of gatherings with friends and family. Creating a balanced, sophisticated, and visually appealing cheese board is quite an art. This class, an extended version of our workshop, will cover all the aspects of designing a refined cheese board, including cutting techniques, selecting accompaniments for the best pairing experiences, balancing different cheese types and working with themes.
